Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch your order.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within British Columbia only. Orders ship frozen with dry ice in insulated packaging designed to keep product frozen for 48+ hours in transit.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders recur at your chosen frequency until cancelled. You may skip, modify, or cancel any subscription from your account before the order cutoff with no penalty.

Perishable Goods

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or thawed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
