Delivery Area

We deliver free across all of British Columbia. Next-day delivery is available to the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island; Interior and Northern BC receive 2-day delivery.

Packaging

Every order ships vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen in an insulated box with dry ice. Product stays frozen for 48+ hours, so you do not need to be home at the moment of delivery.

Order Cutoff

Order by Sunday for Wednesday delivery. Cutoff times are shown at checkout based on your delivery zone.

Returns

As a food producer, we cannot accept returns of perishable product. If anything is wrong with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
